The world’s first solar-powered family car has arrived.  Stella, created by Eindhoven University and NXP Semiconductors, can seat 4 people and can travel 500 miles on a single charge.  It’s aerodynamic shape, made up of carbon fiber, allows it to reach speeds up to 75 mph.    Some of its other unique features include a steering wheel that expands to let you know when you are driving to fast and turn signals that activate by a squeeze in the correct spot of the steering wheel.  Watch the video below for a sneak peak of Stella.
