The Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, NY is currently in the works of building a Medical Arts Pavilion. On Friday, they held a ceremony to mark the completion on the steel frame. During the ceremony, they attached the final steel beam. The progress of the construction project will continue as they begin to work on the exterior of the building as well as floor, plumbing, electrical, and ventilation. When completed, the new Medical Arts Pavilion will be three stories high along with a 5,000-square-foot basement. Although the total cost for the building will be $47 million, it is a worth-while investment as it will house 40 private patient rooms, six operating suites and doctors’ offices.
