The Audian Art museum in Whistler, British Columbia will be noticed for its artists but also for its architectural designers and builders.  The museum, which is schedule to open in October, is held up by an earthquake resistant steel structure that supports the building.  It is the first building in the world to use this new earthquake resistant technology that the University of Toronto developed.  When finished, the museum will be made of 1,000 tons of 90% recycled steel.
